Non-urgent advice: Appointment Information
Benchill Medical Practice operates an Online Triage System each morning. Online Triage is open Monday to Friday from 8.00 am and will close when we have reached capacity.
Patients can request a certain GP but this is not always possible. We will accommodate where possible though.
These completed forms go to the on call GP who will then appoint an appropriate appointment for you. This appointment will aim to be within 2 weeks.
Below is a guide video for patients on how to complete an Online Triage Form.

The Receptionists will need information for the doctor. Please be understanding of the need for Receptionists to ask questions.

In most circumstances you should try to attend the practice. We have an up to date well equipped surgery where we can make the best assessment of your condition. In the average time it takes to make one home visit, the doctor can see 4-5 patients in the surgery.
